Tattoos: You must be at least 18 years old with ID
Piercing: You must be at least 16 years old with an ID or accompanied by a parent or a guardian who must provide written consent at the time of piercing.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and cards, however, if you pay with a card, there's a surcharge of 1.7% added by SumUp. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
The closest free cash machine is at Sainsbury's, which is a few minutes walk from the shop.
Do I need an appointment?
Piercing : There’s no need to book for piercing since they don’t take much time to do. Just show up when you’re ready to get it done and Edyta or Mollie will take you through the procedure. Please feel free to call or email or pop in for more info.
Tattoos: You WILL be required to pay a deposit when you make a booking. The amount of deposit required will depend on the price of the tattoo you’re getting done. Usually, it will be £50 or £100, depending on the size of your design.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours notice for a cancellation, change to your appointment or design. If you fail to show up for your appointment or do not contact us before this time, this will result in than loss of your deposit. So make sure you’re 100% certain before you commit to the booking.
Can I choose a tattoo design when I get there?
We primarily do custom work. Flash are stock, pre-drawn, limited designs that you see on the walls of some tattoo shops. From time to time, we will offer customised flash. Sometimes while researching your ideas, you may find flash that you can use to build your ideas upon. We will not tattoo any stock images or copy designs or someone else's tattoo(s).
